We care deeply about the growth and well-being of Ekiti youth, and that’s why everything we do—from our programs to our initiatives—is focused on giving them the education, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive and make a real difference in their communities.
Youth Leadership Development
Through hands-on training sessions, personalized mentorship from accomplished professionals, and access to leadership platforms, we help young people develop their talents, build character, and gain the experience necessary to lead with impact—both locally and globally.
Educational Scholarships
Our flagship initiative, the Ekiti 100 Scholar Mentorship Program, mentors 100 highly qualified Ekiti youths across all 16 Local Government Areas each year, equipping them to access fully funded Master’s and PhD opportunities at world-class universities globally. The program is entirely free to participants, valued at approximately $3,000 per scholar, runs for one year, and welcomes a new cohort annually.
Entrepreneurship & Skills
Through hands-on training, career guidance, and mentorship from industry professionals, we help young people build sustainable businesses, strengthen their professional capacity, and take bold steps toward fulfilling their ambitions.
Community Engagement
By providing resources, mentorship, and a platform for innovation, we inspire Ekiti youth to take initiative, develop solutions, and create lasting, positive change that improves lives and strengthens their local communities.
